Smilin' guy     Hi there.  Thanks for stopping by my website.  Here's a little info about myself:

  6'1"tall, 185lbs, blue eyes
Mustache, beard, 12" long goatee, dark blonde long hair way past my shoulders
I'm pierced, but don't have any tattoos yet.  I'm hoping to start my tattoos this year.

I love to ride my Harley and to travel.  I've got a '91 FXRS-C (low rider).  Two years ago I did a whole lotta custom work to it.  Ape hangers, straight pipes, new wheels, custom paint and artwork and a dozen little things, too.  I've ridden cross country three times.  Each time was a wonderful and different experience.  I've ridden through 45 of the 50 states, Mexico, and Canada.  TopperI find myself missing the road lately.  I took a few short trips last year, but other than that haven't taken any long trips in a while. I'm planning on heading to Strugis this August for the Rally.

I love to ride horses but don't get to do that too much anymore.  I've been overseas a few times, and backpacking through Europe when I was younger.    I've skydived, flown an airplane, and love new experiences.  I've got a good sense of humor, and the rare ability to laugh at myself as much as I do at other people.  I love the outdoors, hiking, trail riding and seeing new places.  I work in a factory, and work with computers in my spare time.  I'm learning American Sign Language and planning to become an interpreter.  I am a passionate and tactile person with a large list of varied interests and an open mind.  I have a restricted part of my website with more pics, info and other stuff on it, but you have to email me to get the password.  I'm not shy, but I like to know who's going to that part.

I taught myself website design, and started this one from scratch using notepad.  I am now writing Perl scripts and use an editor (Dreamweaver) to makes changes to chaostime.

I live in the western part of Maryland, in a small town.  I like the country, but am originally from New York, where I grew up about a half hour from the city.  When I moved here to Maryland, I found a wonderful variety of regional foods that I had not known existed.  I fell in love with Country Ham.  I always liked ham, but this is salt cured and very different from ordinary ham.  Really excellent.  I was searching for a unique screen name for Instant Messenger and was surprised that CountryHam wasn't taken.

I enjoy meeting people online.  I am online on AOL or Instant Messenger as "CountryHam".
